I kept running into the same problem:
I'd make a bunch of handy automations in AlomWare Toolbox... then completely forget the hotkeys I assigned to them a week later.
It turns out that creating the automation is the easy part — remembering it is the real challenge!
So I came up with a simple little trick that's been genuinely useful:
I made myself a "Reminder Action."
All it does is pop up a small tooltip with a list of the automations I use most often.
Whenever my brain blanks, I tap one hotkey and instantly see my cheat sheet.
Here's how I set it up:
Create a new Action in Toolbox.
Add the step Alert → Show a mouse message.
In the message box, type your list of shortcuts, e.g.:
Alt+1 = Resize Window
Ctrl+Shift+T = Paste Signature
Win+F9 = Daily Notes
Assign a memorable hotkey for calling it. I use Win + `.
Why I like this
It's quick, simple, and I never have to dig into the Toolbox window to remind myself what I built.
It's basically a little "reminder manual for my own computer" on demand.
