[Fixed] Registration challenge out of date

Not sure if this is the kind of bug you had in mind.  I received an email this morning saying Toolbox had been updated to 7.0.1.2.  This evening I registered for the forum.  Registration challenges you to put in the latest version number.  It thought 7.0.1.2 was wrong - but accepted 7.0.1.1...
