[Fixed] Transparency

Not sure if this is a bug, exactly, but it's something slightly odd.

I found a fairly cute, very new, Stickies program. OpenStickies. The sort of thing that can put something like a post-it note on the screen.

A couple of things about it, I'm dealing with using Toolbox.

One, it has no inbuilt option to start with Windows, so I'm starting it instead using Toolbox. I have an automation action that runs it, and I gave the action the name "Run ^OpenStickies+" so it runs when Toolbox starts.

Now: the program starts in the place it was left last time. It has a transparent background, so you get a little panel of buttons onscreen that you can minimise to the notification  area but it won't start minimised AND if the last place it was when it was closed was on a different screen to this time (my laptop moves between a couple of docks with external monitors set as primary and is also -- like now -- being used with just its internal screen) it can often start offscreen AND has no way I've found to move it so it's visible.

Toolbox's handy option to centre all open Windows worked for that but has other consequences, so I use Toolbox to always open it at the bottom right hand corner of the screen, and that works well too.

But it destroys OpenStickies transparent background. It doesn't damage the functionality so it's only cosmetic, but it's less pretty than it should be. Not a bug, perhaps, and might not be fixable given that Windows programs aren't really supposed to be transparent, but I wondered if you might investigate...?

Yes, this was a bug. Toolbox incorrectly removes the transparency of OpenStickies windows. Fixed for next release. Thanks! :)
