Support: PC states aren't launching their documents

If a PC state isn't launching a document that was snapshotted with it (such as an Excel spreadsheet), then you need to check that the folder and filename of that document has been entered into the PC state's "Parameters" field (Figure 1). Normally this is done automatically when a snapshot is taken, but it can sometimes fail for certain documents and will therefore need your manual editing.
